Return, Exchange & Credit Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for Boxer shorts (Not applicable on Trunks , Briefs , Boxer briefs).
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene and customer safety, no returns are accepted on any other products. This ensures a safe and confident shopping experience 

2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for items of equal or higher value, subject to product availability.
If exchanging for a higher value product, you’ll be asked to pay the difference online.
The same condition criteria apply: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

3. Store Credits Option
We also offer store credits for future purchases, issued in place of an exchange or return.
Credits will be non-transferable and valid for [specify duration, e.g., 6 months] from the date of issue.

4. Timeframe for Returns or Exchanges
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items received after this window may not be eligible.
Please contact our support team promptly to initiate the process.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact us at support@hayuworld.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
a) Order number
b) Reason for return or exchange
c) Photo (if the item is damaged or defective)
Ship the item back to us securely, using the original packaging if possible.
Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll confirm eligibility and proceed with your preferred option—exchange or store credit (within 15 days)

6. Additional Notes
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be borne by us.
If the product is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately—these cases will be handled with priority and care, similar to standard industry practices 
Only one return or exchange per order is permitted to maintain fairness and efficiency
